Definition: The vacuum bag forming process is to seal the product between the mold and the vacuum bag, pressurize the product by vacuuming, and make the product more compact and mechanically better. The method is suitable for hand lay-up, spraying, prepreg forming process, and can be used in conjunction with an oven, a hot press tank, and the like.
Advantages:

Vacuum bag wet process:

1, mold preparation, coating release agent
2, product layering (hand paste, spray, prepreg) 3, lay off the mold cloth
4, laying isolation film or perforated insulation film (can not be paved) 5, laying air felt
6, paste the sealing strip (can be advanced) 7, seal the vacuum bag film
8. Install vacuum valve, quick connector and vacuum tube. 9. Connect the air source, check the vacuum degree. 10. Vacuum, product curing. 11. Product release.
Vacuum bag dry process
1, mold preparation, coating release agent
2, gel coat, product laminate (resin-free reinforcement) 3, lay-off mold
4, paving guide cloth, guide tube
5, paste the sealing strip (can be advanced) 6, vacuum bag film
7. Install vacuum valve, quick connector and vacuum tube 8. Connect the air source, check the vacuum degree 9. Vacuum, introduce resin 10. Solidify the product 11. Release the product
